After making your appointment, you will be invited through an email to register at our patient portal for the first time.
The patient portal is used to complete the necessary registration forms prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you are unable to complete the required registration forms from your computer, you will have to come to the office one hour before your appointment time to complete the registration process at our office.

Clinical Trials
We are currently conducting clinical trials for various skin conditions, with both marketed and investigational medications. If you qualify for one of our studies you will receive study-related medical treatment and medications at no cost. You may also be compensated for your time and travel.
